Why I'm running

As a parent in Round Rock ISD, I have seen firsthand how much our community cares about its schools—and how frustrated families can feel when decisions are made without transparency. I am running for School Board Trustee, Seat 5, because I believe our district deserves leadership that listens, leads with facts, and puts students at the center of every decision.

My professional background in finance and operations taught me that every dollar tells a story. Budgets are not just numbers; they reflect priorities. I will bring rigorous oversight to district spending and ask the hard questions so that resources reach classrooms, teachers, and students—not bureaucratic bloat.

Beyond the spreadsheets, I am a parent who understands the daily realities of public school life. From bus routes to curriculum debates, from safety protocols to mental health resources, I know that families need a board member who responds, explains, and advocates.
